We aim to despatch stock ordered goods within 1-2 working days from order, subject to availability and being in receipt of your payment and/or authorisation received from card issuer. Any issues due to delay from your credit / debit card issuer is beyond our control. We will notify you if for any reason your order is going to be delayed.  Made to measure covers require 2-3 weeks from receipt of a completed measurement form.

Our carriers require a signature -Your instruction can be advised in the order comments block at payment stage- we can deliver to your neighbour or business address.  Alternately you can give instructions to leave it in a safe place (i.e. round back of the house), but please note neither the carriers nor ourselves will be responsible if it goes missing without a signature. The consignment on the first attempt will be returned to carrier’s depot and a card is left for you to request further attempts.  This will be held for one week at the depot then- returned back to us as non-delivery.  To re-send again would incur additional carriage cost.  If you require a delivery to a new address re-routing after it has left us, you will be responsible for any additional carriage cost.

The carriage cost is based on the greater weight- the actual weight of goods or the cubed weight of packet                                                    (W x L x D /5000= KG).     We can on your instruction try to make the packet as small as possible to try and keep the cost low. Delivery to Europe by road is approx. 3-5 days.  Full payment is required before despatch.

Should you wish to return any items ordered and has not been used, please notify us before sending it back, any carriage cost is your responsibility. If you are changing the order we reserve the right to charge any additional carriage cost when sending the replacement. Please obtain proof of postage for your returned items, as Banks Sails cannot take responsibility for goods that fail to arrive safely.
